Start here whenever you are planning a posting week. Pick 5–7 ideas, hit Plan This on each one, then go to Schedule to set the dates.

Aim to have at least 3–5 posts planned ahead at all times so you are never scrambling for content on the day.

See every scheduled post laid out by month so you can see at a glance what is coming up and where the gaps are.

Gaps = lost income — platforms reward creators who post consistently. Aim to post every 1–2 days and use the calendar to make sure you are not accidentally going quiet for a week.
Tap any post — opens it so you can edit the details or copy the caption.

Check this at the start of each week. If you see three or more empty days coming up, go to Ideas, pick some ideas, and fill the gaps now before life gets busy.

Log every payout after you receive it. Set your currency once using the picker at the top right — it saves automatically so you only ever need to do this once.

Adding a record — pick your platform, enter the amount, choose the date and hit Save. That is it.
